Josh is an accomplished athlete who has passionately explored all levels of sport. He has excelled in programs such as baseball, hockey, and basketball; Josh could seldom be found sitting at home! His Resume includes being selected to proudly represent his home province, Nova Scotia, as a member of the 2005 Canada Games Baseball roster. His experience in basketball led him to a successful coaching career. In 2009, he held the position of Head Coach for the Dr. J.H. Gillis Men’s High School Basketball Team in Antigonish, Nova Scotia.

Thomas is originally from Victoria and moved to Vancouver in 2011 to further pursue his career as a personal trainer. He is a red seal chef, certified in sports nutrition, specialist in strength and Conditioning and a personal trainer. Thomas competes as a provincial level bodybuilder and a sponsored athlete with prosupps. He specializes in transformations, weight loss/muscle building and is an expert in nutrition plans. With a decade of experience he will help you reach your goals!

Growing up, my childhood was heavily driven by sports; and still is to this day. That passion led me to become a volleyball coach, teaching form and function; both for indoor and beach. Recently joining Seaside Volleyball Club as a strength coach, I helped lead the team to become BC's #1 seed going in to Nationals.
My love for physical activity and meaningful interactions have led me to become a trainer, and to help other's pursue their fitness goals.
